Sandusky City Schools – Lesko Associates

Mr. Fischer is currently providing Construction Administration services for Lesko Associates for their Sandusky City Schools district-wide facilities project.  Lesko, a leading K-12 school design company, is the architect of record for this Ohio Facilities Construction Commission co-funded project.  The first phase is the construction of two new buildings – the Ontario 1-2 and 3-6 Intermediate Elementary Schools.

As the Construction Administration consultant, services include providing written reports on progress of the project, attending all meetings, and assisting the Contracting Authority (OFCC) in monitoring the project budget and schedule.  Most importantly, as Lesko’s representative, ensure that the project is being constructed in accordance with the design documents.

Early Architectural Practice

As a project architect in the private sector for several firms early in his career, Mr. Fischer performed Construction Administration services for a variety of building types.  Projects included retail facilities, churches and private golf course clubhouses.  Services performed included monitoring the project schedule and budget, ensure adherence to the design documents and participation in all relevant construction meetings and decisions.
